Using the fields is at the dog owner/handler's own risk.  We recommend that you have public liability insurance - often this is included in your home/pet insurance.

All dogs using the fields must be fully up-to-date with all inoculations and worming, and not be showing any signs of ill health.

If your dog or any dog your dog lives with has been ill within the 48 hrs prior to your booking, please reschedule. Under no circumstances bring your dog to the fields if they are coughing or vomitting. We all need to do our best to keep each others precious furry friends safe

It is your responsibility to clean up after your dog, you are welcome to bring their toys but please ensure all toys, broken bits and dog poop are removed from the facility.

The fields are large, natural outdoor spaces and contain areas of uneven ground which could be concealed under long grass as well as other naturally occurring obstacles. Mother Nature, will on occasions cause areas of the fields to be wet and slippery underfoot, be mindful of this and please wear appropriate footwear.

By booking the field you accept that you and the people you bring with you are all using it at your own risk and agree not to hold ‘DOGZ UNLEASHED’ or the Anthony Family responsible for any injury to you, your accompanying family/friends and dogs.

​Please dispose of cigarette butts in the cigarette bin located near Pickle’s Cwtch & Joseph’s Snug.

​No responsibility will be taken by the owners of Dogz Unleashed for damage or injury sustained to your vehicles, property, individuals or animals whilst using the fields or on our property.

Whilst the fields are enclosed, we cannot guarantee complete security for every dog. Dogz Unleashed cannot be held responsible should your dog escape. Although we have invested in bespoke, specialist, dog specific fencing which is 6ft high and has been dug 6 inches into the ground, so is at least 5ft 6inches in height all around the enclosed paddock. If your dog is an escape artist, tunneller or jumper please refrain from bringing them to the Freedom Fields.

DOGS MUST BE ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES, unless in the designated enclosed paddock during your allotted freedom field session.

Your are welcome to bring a picnic with you but please ensure you take all litter home with you as we only provide dog poop bins not litter bins.

Under no circumstances are you to BBQ on the premises or light fires.

Have fun but please keep shouting and barking to a minimum for the consideration of our neighbours and livestock.

Ensure you have vacated and secured the field by the end time of your appointment. All gates must be kept closed at all times. Your appointment time includes you getting your dog out of any vehicle and making sure they are back inside at the end time of your booking.

​Users must respect the area and facilities. Children must not be allowed to climb on fences, gates or other platforms. Users are to keep dogs and children in sight at all times whilst on site. 

Any breakages or damage to the facilities will be paid for by the dog owner/field hirer. Please notify us straight away of any damage to fencing or equipment.

We inspect the field and fencing regularly to maintain security, please notify a member of our team if you have any concerns.

Data - we only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking or for field updates. The information is not shared to any other parties.

Any photos/videos you send us of your dogs time may be used on our social media and website unless you instruct us otherwise.
